According to a report by the General Staff, the plan is developed by inheriting traditional experience while integrating modern scientific and technological advancements, with the goal of enhancing surveillance capabilities, command and control, and coordination among forces, with the Air Defense - Air Force Service playing the core role.
Regarding the workshop on “operational methods for countering UAVs,” its outcomes provide a foundation for further research and refinement of tactics against various UAV threats. This holds significant theoretical and practical importance, helping improve the effectiveness of organizing and using armed forces, equipment, and operational postures in modern warfare conditions.

In his concluding speech, General Phan Van Giang applauded the General Staff, the Air Defense - Air Force Service, and relevant agencies and units for their efforts in researching and developing the plan, and successfully organizing the workshop.
He asked them to continue refine the plan in close alignment with reality, ensuring feasibility, synchronization, and effectiveness. He also emphasized the need to intensify research, master advanced technologies, strengthen international cooperation, and develop high-quality human resources to meet mission requirements in the new situation.
