During the working session, the leadership of Division 363 reported on their compliance with security work for the military communication systems. The Division has thoroughly disseminated and seriously implemented all documents, directives, and guidance on ensuring the security of military information and cryptographic technical secrets.

The Division has maintained strict adherence to security measures, ensuring the confidentiality of command information through the cryptographic system. They have maintained a 24/7 duty cycle at cryptographic units, managed encryption and decryption processes, and transmitted classified military communication securely and promptly. Additionally, they have regularly reviewed and updated cryptographic technical systems to meet mission requirements.

In his conclusion, Major General Hoang Van Quan praised the Division for its strict adherence to security measures in managing military communication systems. He urged the cryptographic personnel to maintain a high level of responsibility, continuously enhance their professional skills, and ensure the absolute security of classified cryptographic documents, equipment, and information related to command directives. They were also encouraged to master the cryptographic equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and absolute safety.

Major General Hoang Van Quan emphasized the need to expedite personal digital signatures and implement timely solutions for information security, network safety, and cryptographic security, in line with the evolving demands of the mission. These efforts contribute to building a comprehensively strong unit capable of fulfilling all assigned tasks, he stressed.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and offered gifts to the Division’s officers and soldiers whose families were affected by Typhoon Yagi.
