Sharing difficulties and hardships confronting the border posts’ troops, the defense chief hoped that they will continue to stay united. The units’ chains-of-command should pay attention to carrying out policies for troops’ families, grasping troops’ thoughts, and learning about the conditions of their families, thus giving timely support to help troops keep their mind on task accomplishment.
