Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Le Van Huong requested the academy to further concretize higher-level resolutions and effectively implement the motto “schools’ training quality determines units’ combat readiness.” The academy should coordinate with military units to organize field trips and practical training for cadets. It must also focus on training and increasing the proportion of instructors holding doctoral degrees, professorships, associate professorships, and titles of People’s Teacher and Meritorious Teacher.

In addition, the school must promote the application of science and technology and digital transformation in education and training; develop a roadmap to digitize all school activities; and ensure that 100% of educational managers and instructors meet digital competency standards and can apply artificial intelligence.

The Deputy Chief of the General Staff also noted that the academy needs to uphold the core role of specialized research groups and create a favorable environment to encourage officers and instructors in scientific research and innovation.
