Naval unit unveils house to its needy officer
PANO – Naval Region 3 has held a ceremony to hand over a house of comradeship to non-commissioned Lieutenant Hoang Xuan Hung, a technican at the region’s Station 65.
Hung’s family has faced economic difficulties. He is the breadwinner of his family as his mother is old and his wife does not have a stable job. They used to live in a downgraded house.

Learning about his situation, the Vietnam People’s Navy extracted VND 70 million from its gratitude fund to help Hung build a new house. After five months, the construction of the 100sq.m house was completed.
At the handing over ceremony, Naval Region 3 and local authorities presented some living necessities to the recipient.
