PAN‘s Deputy Editor-in-Chief Senior Colonel Ha Manh Tuong and Hospital K’s Vice Director Pham Luong An, among others attended the event.

The project, worth VND 1.5 billion, has officially been put into use in Hospital K – Tan Trieu after six months of construction.

The water purifying system with the aid of Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology can produce 5,000 liters of drinkable water per hour for patients at the hospital.

Addressing the ceremony, Senior Colonel Ha Manh Tuong said that over the past time, PAN has conducted many social activities in remote and rural areas aiming at policy beneficiaries and needy households. The water purifying project in Hospital K – Tan Trieu is meaningful for patients at the hospital.

He also expressed his thanks to the sponsors who have well cooperated with PAN in implementing the project and expected that such a similar water supply system would be installed in more local hospitals to ease patients’ pains and difficulties during their treatment.

For his part, Hospital K’s Vice Director Pham Luong An thanked PAN and sponsors for their good deed and affirmed that the hospital will well manage and make full use of the system.

After the handover ceremony, the delegates visited the clean water supply project.
