In Quan Thanh and Yen Thanh communes, the organizing panel directly handed over funding for construction of three “Great Unity” houses and 90 Tet gift sets. Additionally, the delegation authorized local authorities to present 1,200 gifts to policy beneficiaries across nine communes of Quan Thanh, Yen Thanh, Van Tu, Van Du, Hop Minh, Quang Dong, Binh Minh, Giai Lac, and Dong Thanh. The total value of the gifts amounted to nearly VND 2.5 billion.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Phan Thi Hoai Van congratulated the localities on their socio-economic achievements, particularly the successful organization of the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The deputy director also highlighted the GDDI’s breakthroughs in 2025, noting the successful development of numerous high-tech products that affirm the autonomous capabilities of Vietnam’s defense industry.
