Military school begins new school year
PANO - The Military University of Culture and Arts on September 22 held a ceremony to start its new school year 2017-2018. Major General Le Hien Van, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, attended the event.
Last year, the university attached much importance to education and training work with good results and over 120 artistic programs at important political events of the country while strictly implementing the Party and political work with the “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morals and style” and “Deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers” campaigns.
Addressing the ceremony, General Van acknowledged the university’s achievements in education and training over the past academic year. For the 2017-2018 academic year’s mission, he asked the school’s cadres to implement good teaching and training methods, making contribution to their task fulfillment while raising troops’ political stance and competence in the time to come.
