An overview of the opening ceremony |
The Military Region 1 Command requires the organizers to strictly follow the plan, maintain the schedule, and ensure absolute safety for the course. The instructors are required to carefully study the assigned content and apply it in the lessons, closely related to the characteristics and actual situations of each unit. Each officer participating in the course must be highly responsible during learning, concentrate on studying, grasp the contents well, and apply it flexibly and creatively to planning and directing training and exercises. This must be crucially-linked to the tasks and combat plans of each local area and unit.
