According to the reports, agencies and units have pro-actively coordinated investment preparations, design work and construction of several project components. Contractors have mobilized personnel, machinery and equipment and maintained construction activities in line with the schedule, while implementing measures to manage quality, ensure occupational safety, prevent fires and explosions, and protect the environment.

After the inspection, General Nguyen Trong Nghia praised agencies, units, consultation teams and contractors for their responsibility and efforts. He called on all parties to strengthen coordination, pro-actively address difficulties, and ensure that the project would meet the quality, technical and aesthetic requirements, stay on schedule, and maintain absolute safety. He also stressed strict compliance with laws and regulations  of the State and Ministry of National Defense.

The general tasked the Logistics Department of the GDP with coordinating with relevant agencies to complete investment documentation and procedures in accordance with regulations, conduct regular inspections and oversight, and advise on solutions to emerging issues, among others.
