Line-up regulation contest opened for naval officers in 2022
PANO – The Naval Service, on July 25, kicked off a contest in 2022 for officers in charge of line-up regulation training.
Rear Admiral Pham Khac Luong, Deputy Chief of the Staff of the Vietnam People’s Navy, attended the event. Present at the opening ceremony were also representatives of the General Staff’s Department of Military Training, Naval Region 4 Command, members of the organizing board, and 105 contestants from 18 affiliated units of the service.

Addressing the ceremony, Rear Admiral Pham Khac Luong affirmed that the contest aims to evaluate line-up regulation training in the whole service so as to learn from experience and supplement training contents to improve the task’s leadership and organization among naval troops in the coming time.
To meet the set target, Rear Admiral Pham Khac Luong requested all participants to be well aware of their responsibility to do their utmost with the highest results.
Meanwhile, the organizing board and judges should be fair, impartial and objective in evaluating any individuals and units.

During the program, participants compete in several contents, including theory of line-up regulation, command of ships of the Vietnam People’s Navy, and military discipline, among others.
The contest lasts until July 29.
