Accordingly, General Vinh required participating units to well prepare for the competition, promote creativeness, proactiveness and self-resilience to fulfill all contents. In addition, he required competitors to follow the regulations of the competition, ensure absolute safety for equipment and personnel, and strive their utmost to achieve the best results.

The deputy defense minister also asked the organizers to run the competition smoothly as planned, closely collaborate with relevant agencies to ensure effectiveness, cost-saving, and safety. The jury should promote responsibilities to objectively and accurately evaluate the results of each unit and technical staff.
This year’s competition draws the participation of 27 units from the whole military, including armored and mechanized infantry units and naval infantry ones from military regions, services, army corps, and arms as well as the provincial and municipal military units.

Participating units will have to compete in categories such as good vehicles, activities of technical day and zones, technical initiatives, knowledge tests on technical management, Campaign 50 and solutions to improve quality of technical services for armored units.
