It will host international arts events and cultural exchanges, helping elevate the military’s defense diplomacy and international cooperation to a new height.
Over the past time, the Department of Logistics (the standing body of the steering committee) has proactively coordinated with functional agencies of the Defense Ministry and the General Department of Political Affairs. It has also worked closely with the design consultant (GMP Company) and the contractor (Sun Group) to smoothly execute the initial design and construction phases without any conflicts or hurdles.
Concluding the meeting, General Nguyen Trong Nghia highly valued the frank, responsible, and constructive feedback from the delegates. He highly valued the determination and initial results achieved by the steering committee and functional agencies, particularly in completing investment preparation procedures.
