Concluding the meeting, the GDp's deputy chief commended the efforts and achievements of the officers, staff, and soldiers of the theaters in 2024.

Regarding directions and tasks for 2025 - a year marked by many significant political events of the Party, State, and military - he emphasized that the theaters must thoroughly implement and execute their units’ 2025 leadership resolutions. He urged them to address shortcomings, strengthen the combat effectiveness of Party organizations, and enhance leadership and command efficiency.

The GDP’s leader instructed the theaters to build and promote the image of the artist-soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army with pride, while underscoring the importance of political and ideological education for officers and staff in implementing the upcoming restructuring scheme.

Additionally, he directed the leadership of the theaters to review and refine all preparations for the Party congresses at all levels within their units. He called for a due focus on building cohesive and unified units, fostering solidarity among personnel to effectively fulfill their assigned political tasks.

Furthermore, General To stressed the need to strengthen cooperation both within and outside the military to create favorable conditions for mission completion while ensuring absolute safety in all activities.
