Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Tran Don chaired a meeting to review outsourcing methods and improving military meals. The meeting saw the presence of Lieutenant General Tran Duy Quang, Director of the General Department of Logistics.

Over the past time, defense agencies and military units have strictly implemented the Ministry of National Defense’s directives and functional agencies’ instructions on outsourcing methods, contributing to improving meals for troops and saving part of the defense budget. However, units have still faced difficulties in applying outsourcing methods in conducting exercises and outdoor activities.
