During the 2021-2025 period, the corporation basically fulfilled and exceeded many of its targets for production and business activities, defense and security tasks, and enterprise restructuring. Its consolidated revenue exceeded VND 10.6 trillion, 36 percent above the plan. It contributed nearly VND 200 billion to the state budget. Notably, its average monthly employee income exceeded VND 22 million per person.

For the 2026-2030 period, the company aims to maintain average annual revenue growth of at least 10 percent, with consolidated revenue exceeding VND 20.4 trillion. Its development priorities include surveying, designing, constructing, repairing, and upgrading defense and security facilities; building industrial, civil, transport, irrigation, and infrastructure projects; investing in and developing infrastructure and leasing office space; developing housing; producing construction materials; and clearing bombs, mines, and other explosive remnants of war.
In his concluding speech, Sr. Lt. Gen. Nguyen Quang Ngoc asked the corporation to continue reviewing and completing its 2026-2030 development strategy, with a focus on clearly defining its core business lines and leveraging its traditional strengths.

These efforts will help strengthen competitiveness and enhance the corporation's brand in the construction market, thereby affirming the position of a military-run enterprise in economic development coupled with the strengthening of defense and security.
