Corporation 319 well implements women advancement and gender equality

Over the past time, under the direction of the Party Committee and Board of Directors, the Committee for Women Advancement of Corporation 319 has overcome difficulties; strictly grasped the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's policies and laws on women advancement and gender equality; effectively implemented the work, completing the set targets.

Particularly, the corporation’s units have focused on dissemination and education to raise official and employees’ awareness of gender and gender equality. The Committees for women advancement at all levels have implemented the function of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of women, while the Party Committees and chains-of-command at all levels have ensured policies, rights, and legitimate interests for women. All women members are covered by social insurance.

Speaking at the event, Sr. Col. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien applauded the achievements obtained by Corporation 319 over the past time, and required the corporation to continue to raise the quality of the implementation of targets mentioned in the action plan on women advancement and gender equality in the 2021-2025 period; promote dissemination and education among its officials and employees in the implementation of women advancement and gender equality; develop policies for female members to raise their expertise and pay more attention to taking care of their spiritual and material life, especially needy members and those with serious illnesses.
