Contest for naval captains and political commissars wrapped up
PANO – The Naval Service held a ceremony to conclude the “Good captains and ships’ political commissars” contest on October 11.
Rear Admiral Pham Van Vung, Political Commissar of the Naval Service, attended the event and awarded the winners.

After five days of competition, contestants completed general knowledge tests on politics, the military, logistics, techniques, signals, and other special subjects. According to the organizers, the contest was a success, while meeting all of the set goals and ensuring absolute safety. Contestants strictly followed the game’s regulations and promoted the spirit of fair-play and solidarity during the contest.
The organizing panel handed over 3 first place prizes, 7 second, 11 third and 11 consolation prizes to participants and presented a certificate of merit to Naval Commando Brigade 126, the host of the contest.
