GDP leader attends groundbreaking ceremony for military-civilian solidarity project in Quang Ngai

Accordingly, the project is being built with a total investment of VND 2.5 billion from the Ministry of National Defense’s “For the Poor” Fund in 2026. It will feature a comprehensive and permanent facility designed to meet students’ and teachers’ needs for physical education, sports activities and indoor community events.

The facility is expected to be completed and inaugurated before December 22, in celebration of the 82nd foundation anniversary of the Viet Nam People’s Army (December 22, 1944 - 2026).

The military-civilian solidarity project is of profound significance, reflecting the attention of leaders of the GDP, the Department of Mass Mobilization, and Military Region 5 Command to Quang Ngai province in general and Ba Gia commune in particular. The facility will also provide the school’s teachers and students with a modern environment for comprehensive learning and physical training, while enabling the effective organization of cultural, physical education and sports activities in the future.

Once completed, the Quang Ngai provincial Military Command will coordinate with the school and local authorities to manage, operate and use the facility effectively and for its intended purpose, ensuring its long-term value.
