The academy has focused on reviewing internal procedures, digitizing records, standardizing data and updating the data repository in accordance with regulations. All documents are received, sent, processed and submitted for electronic approval through the MND’s Document Management and Administration System, ensuring security, smooth operation and compliance with regulations.
At the same time, the academy has studied and incorporated new content into its training programs, including digital logistics and technical management, command automation, communication skills, digital safety, and the application of artificial intelligence (AI), with content tailored to different groups of trainees.

In organizing exercises, the academy has digitized scenarios and documentation while making use of digital maps and tools to support calculations and logistics and technical support in the digital environment. Two strong research groups have been established and are gradually proving effective in providing advice, guiding research, reviewing and approving proposals, evaluating and accepting scientific research projects, and implementing scientific tasks.
The academy has focused on developing a highly qualified scientific workforce and pro-actively upgrading and expanding its infrastructure, equipment, software, databases, curricula and visual teaching materials. The military computer network has been deployed to all level-2 and level-3 units.
Delivering the preliminary conclusion of the inspection, Maj. Gen. Nguyen Tung Hung highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and pro-active efforts of the academy’s Party committees and chains-of-command at all levels in implementing administrative reform and digital transformation over the past period.
The head of the delegation asked the academy to continue disseminating and implementing the policies and directives of the Central Military Commission and the MND on administrative reform and digital transformation, while enhancing the responsibility of Party committees and chains-of-command at all levels in organizing implementation.
In particular, the academy should continue to renew the content and methods of communications, combining education with intensive training; improve professional competence and digital skills among officers, instructors, employees, trainees and soldiers; focus resources on upgrading information technology infrastructure, terminal devices, network bandwidth, and systems for information security and cyber-security; promote the use of shared platforms, information systems and software; and strengthen data connectivity, sharing and utilization.
