Administrative dossiers must be processed transparently and in accordance with regulations, with clear responsibilities and deadlines. The province should focus on removing bottlenecks, accelerating project implementation, and improving the quality and effectiveness of investment attraction, as well as the competitiveness of local businesses.
Moreover, the province should also strictly implement the Politburo’s Resolution No.57-NQ/TW, identifying science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation as top strategic priorities, while promoting innovation in governance methods; developing and effectively utilizing data; building synchronized and modern digital infrastructure; improving public service quality; ensuring information security and safety; and linking digital transformation with the training, attraction, and effective utilization of high-quality human resources.
