Joining a seminar, Vietnamese and Cambodian officers recalled historical events of friendship and solidarity between the two countries, affirmed the important role of young officers in defense-security task implementation, and exchanged experiences in studying, working and mastering modern technologies.

Young officers of the two countries expressed their determination to preserve and promote their solidarity so as to contribute to consolidating the friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia.
