    PANO – On July 3, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense General Phan Van Giang sent a letter of commendation to the officers and non-commissioned officers deployed to support the earthquake consequence relief in Venezuela following the devastating twin earthquakes that struck the country on June 24, 2026.
