    Vietnam and Cuba share experience in legal frameworks for post-war UXO remediation

    PANO - On April 1, in Hanoi, a contingent from the Department of Legal Affairs under Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defense and its counterpart from the Cuban Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces held an online conference to exchange experience in developing legal frameworks for addressing post-war unexploded ordnance (UXO) contamination.
