Earlier the same day, during the talks between General Van and Dam Dariny, the two officials agreed to enhance delegation exchanges to strengthen the solidarity, amity and mutual understanding.
They also reached an agreement on promoting experience-sharing and training cooperation while furthering information dissemination and education on the importance of cementing the two countries’ friendship, encouraging the public, especially women, to provide more information for the search and repatriation of remains of Vietnamese volunteer troops and experts who laid down their lives during wartime in Cambodia.
