Following the request from the Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense assigned the Institute of Military History to continuing to hold the 9th training course for 25 officers from the RCAF. The content of this year's training has been adjusted to combine fundamental knowledge with new information and practical experience of researching military history and summary of warfare.

During the training period, officers from the RCAF will have the opportunity to engage in outdoor activities at four different locations in the Northern region. It is expected to help them gain a deeper understanding of the people, the military, and the current development of Vietnam.
