Established in late 2007 with the charter capital of VND 960 billion, Viettel Global, an affiliate of the Military Industry-Telcoms Group Viettel, is in charge of overseas investment.

At this point, Viettel Global has 6,348 shareholders and Viettel owns 98.68 percent of the company’s shares.

So far, Viettel Global has been investing in nine overseas markets. By the end of 2017, the company had nearly 40 million international subscribers.

Last year, it recorded VND 19,023 billion of revenue, an increase of 24 percent compared to previous year.
