Delegates also visited the Special National Relic Site of Dien Bien Phu Theater in Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province.

At the National War Cemetery A1, on behalf of the visiting delegation, Gen. Truong emphasized that following heroic martyrs’ example, current generation of the Vietnamese people in general and members of the association in particular have exerted utmost efforts to study, work, and improve themselves to excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a more prosperous and happier Vietnam.

After the incense offering ceremony, the delegation visited Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum and the Special National Relic Site of Dien Bien Phu Battlefield.
