Most Venerable Thich Bao Nghiem, a deputy representing Hanoi, acknowledged the campaign’s positive results but stressed the need to sustain efforts as the implementation period draws to a close. He also urged closer information sharing among the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, specialized agencies and local authorities, along with faster collection of biological samples from relatives and wider use of modern technology to improve identification.

He further emphasized the need for regular progress reviews and timely resolution of obstacles to achieve the campaign’s objectives to the greatest extent possible before the 80th anniversary of Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs’ Day.
