Accordingly, they always wholeheartedly care for patients. Nguyen Van Hung, 53 years old from Van Phu ward, Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province, was happy as he had his health checked by military doctors. He held that the infirmary has become a trustworthy destination for his family members for nearly one year.
He remembered that on September 30, 2023, he had an accident and injured his head. He was taken to the infirmary and received the due care and first aid from the doctors. He then quickly recovered after just a week and back to his normal life.

According to Major Ta Nguyen Lam, Head of the infirmary, the facility is tasked with taking care of health of the brigade’s troops and their relatives.
Since 2020, under the instruction from the military medical sector, doctors in the infirmary have actively joined hands to provide medical examination and treatment for local people who have health insurance cards. Reportedly, the infirmary annually admits nearly 1,000 arrivals of patients, including many local residents. A number of cases in critical health conditions due to heart stroke, appendicitis, traffic accidents, and injuries were saved by the infirmary’s personnel. Meanwhile, if patients are considered too sick, the unit will promptly give first aid and transfer to higher-level hospitals for further treatment.
In order to further meet demands for examination and treatment from many groups of patients, the infirmary was re-built with modern equipment and technologies, such as portable digital ultrasound scanners, FX-8100 electrocardiography units, and digital X-ray machines, among others.
At the same time, the infirmary attaches much importance to raising its members’ competence to gradually master staffed equipment.
