Truong Son soldiers build dream schools for Central highland students

Constructed by Truong Son military builders, spacious and new schools, topped with bright red-tiled roofs, are nearing completion. As a second home for students, they are designed with modern classrooms, dormitories, cafeterias, multipurpose halls, administrative buildings, and auxiliary facilities.

In the highland villages of Y Ty and Pha Long communes, forces of Corps 12 have stayed closely on site to keep the projects on schedule. Despite rugged terrain and harsh weather condition in the mountainous border area, units under Corps 12 have shown strong determination, expertise, and a high sense of responsibility.

Inspecting the construction sites, Major General Nguyen Huu Ngoc, Commander of Corps 12, together with leaders of the corps, praised the efforts of hundreds of officers, soldiers, and workers in overcoming difficulties. The projects have been carried out on schedule while ensuring occupational safety, construction quality, and aesthetics. The completion of these projects carries deep humanitarian significance, showing the Party and State’s attention to education and to the future of children in mountainous and border areas facing socio-economic difficulties.
