Given its dispersed deployment and missions across various areas, from the mainland to border areas, sea and islands, Engineering Brigade 25 has identified the need to conduct law dissemination and education activities flexibly, in a manner suited to actual conditions.
In Tan Phu Trung commune, the program featured a variety of activities, including stage performances, interactive question-and-answer sessions, leaflet distribution, gift presentations and exhibitions of legal documents. The information focused on amendments and supplements to nine laws concerning military and defense affairs, with particular emphasis on the Law on Military Service, the Law on the Reserve Force, the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces, and the Law on Civil Defense. These activities helped officers, soldiers and local residents gain a better understanding of legal provisions related to military and defense duties, as well as citizens' obligations and responsibilities in building and defending the Fatherland.

Officers of Engineering Brigade 25 provide legal information to people of Tan Phu Trung commune. |
Assessing the significance of the program, Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan Phu Trung Commune Party Committee, said that the program was highly practical for local law dissemination and education efforts. Presenting legal information through dramatized performances, interactive question-and-answer sessions, leaflet distribution and infographic displays makes legal provisions more engaging and easier to understand for different audiences. This helps raise awareness and promote compliance with the law among officials and local residents, particularly regarding regulations related to the 2027 military recruitment campaign.
The program also contributed to building a strong local area, maintaining security and public order, and strengthening military-civilian solidarity.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Kha, Deputy Political Chief of Engineering Brigade 25, affirmed that through the program, the brigade continued to promote the role of its officers and soldiers in mass mobilization work, while strengthening coordination with local Party committees and authorities to bring the law closer to local people. Renewing dissemination formats and diversifying legal education methods have enabled residents to actively seek legal information, strengthen their voluntary compliance with the law.
Building on its experience in implementing Project 1371 and the results achieved, Engineering Brigade 25 will continue to renew the content and methods of its legal education activities, promote the role of its agencies and units, and strengthen coordination with local authorities and mass organizations. These efforts aim to reinforce military-civilian solidarity, build strong local communities, maintain political security and social order and safety, and meet the requirements of national construction and defense in the new situation.
