Troops actively help flood-hit people
PANO - From October 23 to November 1, more than 200 troops of Division 324 were mobilized to help local people in the two districts of Le Thuy and Quang Ninh, Quang Binh province, overcome consequences caused by the recent storms.

During nearly 10 days, the troops successfully completed their assigned tasks, helping local people in 16 communes of Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts mitigate the storm consequences and soon recover their normal lives.
Before leaving the locality, all troops were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts for their outstanding achievements.
After returning to their unit, the troops will go to the communes of Thuong Son, Hien Son, Trang Son, and Tru Son, which were severely flooded, to help local people overcome the flood consequences.
