In Ha Tinh province, many localities have experienced heavy flooding, especially Huong Khe district. More than 4,300 students are unable to go to school due to heavy rains and flooded roads.

The Ha Tinh provincial Military Command has inspected natural disaster prevention work of Huong Khe and Vu Quang districts’ military commands while requiring its affiliated units to prepare 100 vehicles, nearly 15,000 life jackets, 50 generators, food, medicines, fresh water, and others for the locals.

As of 18:00 on September 26, storms blew off the roofs of 69 houses in Quang Tri province and 84 houses in Thua Thien Hue province. The two provinces’ armed forces have mobilized forces to help people overcome the consequences, and stay ready to brace for natural disasters.
