On the occasion, the Coast Guard Region 2 Command handed over a gift, worth VND 10 million, to Non-commissioned Captain Nguyen Van Hung’s family.

The same day, Division 968 of Military Region 4 organized a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a house for Non-commissioned Major Nguyen Van Hiep, a staff of a technical company of the division.

Like Captain Hung, Major Hiep’s wife is jobless, his two children are small, and his parents are sick. They have been living in a narrow temporary house for years.
