Addressing the ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Huy Tuan, the Department’s Political Commissar, said that the presentation of these houses aims to help ease the recipients’ housing difficulties, so that they could feel at ease to complete all of their assignments. It is also a practical activity in response to the emulation movement “The whole country join hands for the poor - No one is left behind” and the ongoing movement “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and style.”

On the occasion, the two non-commissioned officers received other necessities from the General Department of Technical Services, the Vehicles and Machinery Department, Depot J106, and their comrades.
