The provincial military command contributed VND 50 million from its comradeship house-building foundation to the construction of each house.

Since early 2021, the command has supported the building and handed over 20 comradeship houses to on-duty and discharged soldiers in the locality.

On this occasion, the Kien Giang provincial Military Command handed over a house of great unity to the family of Bui Van Nghiem in Hung Yen commune. VND 35 million out of the house construction cost was raised by the provincial Steering Board of the program "Tet (lunar New Year) for troops and people."

The handover of houses of comradeship and great unity in Hung Yen commune, An Bien district at this time was a significant activity of the steering board in general and of the provincial military command in particular. The activity demonstrated the two units’ joining hands with local party committees and authorities to support, encourage, and care for disadvantaged local armed forces’ members and people.
