While visiting the Level-2 Field Hospital of the General Department of Logistics set up at Infirmary D40 of the Dien Bien provincial Military Command, Nghia inquired after the hospital’s members and shared difficulties and hardships confronting them. He urged the military medical force to well coordinate with other agencies and units to ensure that troops are in good health condition during the intensive training in preparation for the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

At the meeting with naval officers joining the parade, the head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education empathized with their difficulties and hardships when they have had to train in prolonged harsh weather condition. He requested the party committees and chains-of-command of agencies and units to regularly take care of and ensure the material and spiritual life for participating forces.

According to the official, the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory is a great political event of the country in 2024, and joining the event is an honor and responsibility of troops of military units and participants from agencies, units, and localities. Therefore, officials and troops should enhance their sense of responsibility and determination to successfully complete assigned missions.
