At around 4:30 p.m. on August 12, Wang Jian Lu, went sightseeing in Da Nang city with three friends and visited Inaba Rubber Company in Lien Chieu ward. On leaving, Lu accidentally dropped his passport and several personal items. He contacted Tien Sa Port Border Post for help.

The post promptly coordinated with Inaba Rubber Company to check the locations Lu visited. At 8:00 a.m. the next day, the company informed that the station found items and worked with the border guards to return the properties to Lu.

Upon receiving his belongings, Wang Jian Lu wrote a thank-you letter to express his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the officers of Tien Sa Port Border Post for their enthusiastic and devoted assistance. In the letter, he emphasized, “I was deeply moved by the kindness and dedication of the officers from Tien Sa Port Border Post. This not only helped me avoid problems related to my personal documents, but also demonstrated the strong sense of responsibility and helpfulness of Vietnam’s border soldiers. Once again, I would like to extend my deepest thanks to the unit.”

Recently, Tien Sa Port Border Post has assisted numerous domestic and international crew-members and tourists in finding lost property and reuniting lost children and the elderly to their families, thereby promoting the beautiful image of the border guard force in the hearts of the people and international visitors.
