In the second half of the year, the Center will continue implementing its scientific research agenda as planned, accelerate the application and transfer of research outcomes into practice in support of military and defense task implementation and socio-economic development, enhance the quality of international cooperation, promote innovation and digital transformation, and maximize the effectiveness of its newly restructured organization.
At the conference, Senior Colonel Nguyen Khac Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director, and Chairman of the Center’s Emulation and Commendation Council, launched an emulation movement to successfully accomplish military and defense tasks for the 2026-2030 period, in line with the Resolutions of the 14th National Party Congress and the 12th Military Party Congress.
