Reportedly, in 2025, the center’s Party Committee has directed the unit to successfully fulfill all targets. Notably, scientific research activities in all three directions have been implemented with a focus on key areas, yielding practical results, serving military, defense, economic, and environmental tasks, while technology application and transfer have been promoted.

Entering 2026, the center’s Party Committee is determined to strictly grasp the resolutions of the higher levels. Under the motto “Cooperation, breakthrough, creativity, efficiency,” the center will focus on promoting research, application, and technology transfer, while actively implementing the “Development strategy of the Vietnam - Russia Tropical Center until 2035.

In addition, the unit will closely coordinate with the Russian Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation to effectively operate the center for Tropicalization and Technology Adaptation. The center will pro-actively research and propose tasks associated with foundational technologies, core technologies, and national strategic technologies, prioritizing biotechnology and advanced materials.
Moreover, the center’s Party Committee will continue to lead the implementation of the “five steadfast's” motto (steadfast in politics, steadfast in discipline, steadfast in technology, steadfast in military arts, and steadfast in troops’ living standards), while consolidating the organization in accordance with the Ministry of National Defense’s decisions.
