A representative of the Air Defense - Air Force Service said that the Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel) had finalized a plan for a UAV performance at the opening ceremony. Viettel is coordinating with the Air Defense - Air Force Service to synchronize helicopter and UAV flight schedules with the art program and special forces martial arts performance.
A Viettel representative said its exhibition area would feature two zones for visitors to experience shooting and combat training simulations. Building on experience from the 2024 expo, the number of smart entrance gates will be increased to 12 to accommodate an estimated 100,000-120,000 visitors a day, with registration available via an app. The venue’s Wi-Fi system has also been upgraded to support up to 80,000 simultaneous users during peak periods.
Concluding the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao praised agencies and units for their pro-active efforts in carrying out their assigned tasks and effective exhibitor recruitment. He requested them to regularly review progress, focus on communications, ensure absolute security and safety, and promptly report difficulties beyond their authority to the Organizing Panel during the final stage of preparations.
