The event was attended by the PAN’s Managing Editor Senior Colonel Le Ngoc Long and Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 5 (MR5) Senior Colonel Nguyen Ba Hung, together with representatives of the PAN, and 51 trainees who are political officers and PAN’s collaborators in military units in the Central and Central Highlands region.

Addressing the event, Senior Colonel Long recalled heroic traditions of the PAN, while affirming the importance of the course which helps raising the quantity and quality of reporters in the military. This is an occasion for trainees to raise their journalism knowledge and competence.

They will be guided on how to write articles, take photos, make video clips and radio news and reports with good quality and efficiency. After the course, the trainees will be PAN’s collaborators and actively take part in dissemination work in their units.

The course lasts from August 12 to 19.
