At the ceremony

PANO – The Coffee 15 One-Member Co. Ltd. of Military Zone (MZ) 5 held a ceremony to mark the 20th traditional day (April 18th, 1996), and received a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister on April 18th.

Participating in the event were Deputy Head of the Central Highlands Steering Committee, Tran Viet Hung, and Major General Doan Kieu, MZ 5’s Deputy Commander.

Since its establishment, the company has successfully fulfilled assigned tasks in business and national defense, strengthening national security in the strategic locality of the Central Highlands.

Currently, the company is: producing coffee on 857.3ha of land; producing rubber on 304.9ha; protecting 7.491ha of forest; operating a fertilizer plant with a production capacity of 7,500 tons/year; operating a construction stone factory with production capacityof 36,000 m3/year; operating 2 bottled drinking water factories, with a production capacity of nearly 10 million liters/year; and operating a coffee plant, with a production capacity of 50 tons/year.

The company’s turnover in 2015 reached VND 115.6 billion, while its profit gained VND 4.89 billion. Thanks to production expansion and diversification of business interests, the company has created jobs for 730 employees from 1,310 households with 3,920 people. The company also spent hundreds of VND billion to invest in infrastructure construction for two economic defense zones, Quang Son (Dak Nong) and Cu M'gar (Dak Lak), serving nearly 600 households.

On this anniversary, the company received the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit for its achievements in training, combat support, army building, strengthening of defense in 2011-2015, and contributing to building and defending the Fatherland .
