Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To requested the units to strictly maintain combat readiness to prevent any surprise situations. He emphasized meticulous preparation for the 2026 training season, proper implementation of policies for demobilized soldiers, and the safe reception of new recruits in accordance with regulations.
Regarding the Military Command of Vinh Te ward, the GDP Deputy Director urged the unit to enhance mass mobilization work and build a solid all-people national defense at the grassroots level. Visiting Teams K90 and K93, Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To acknowledged the troops’ efforts and expressed hope that they would continue to fulfill their gratitude missions effectively.

At Division 320, Senior Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung requested the unit to strengthen political education and build a comprehensively strong division while strictly maintaining combat readiness before, during, and after Tet. The unit must ensure full Tet standards for troops, organize safe and economical celebrations, and care for soldiers in difficult circumstances.
Working with press agencies and reconnaissance units, the GDP Deputy Director appreciated their 2025 achievements and requested them to stick to their localities, intensifying dissemination regarding the 14th National Party Congress and the Tet celebration of troops and people.
On this occasion, the delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of Martyrs of Division 320 and presented Tet gifts from the Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense to the units.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh highly valued the units’ achievements and requested strict adherence to directives from the Party Secretariat, the Prime Minister, and the Ministry of National Defense regarding the up-coming Tet holiday.
