GDP leader works in Gia Lai province
PANO - On the morning of October 21, at Division 320 under Army Corps 34, the Military Youth Advisory Board, in coordination with the Departments of Political Affairs of Army Corps 34, the Signal Corps, Corps 15, the Gia Lai Provincial Public Security force, and the Gia Lai Provincial Youth Union Organization, launched the festival “Military Youth with Traffic Culture” in 2025.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the General Department of Political Affairs (GDP), attended the event.
Speaking at the event, Gen. Minh emphasized the political and social significance of the festival, which helps raise awareness and responsibility among officers, Youth Union members, and local people about traffic order and safety. He stressed that the program contributes to building the image of disciplined, responsible, and cultured Uncle Ho’s soldiers.

The GDP leader asked all Party committees and sectors to strengthen leadership and direction on strict observance of high-level directives on traffic safety; pro-actively disseminate information and educate troops about traffic culture, law compliance, safe, cultured, friendly and cultural environment. In addition, they should promote youth engagement, and coordinate with local youth organizations to organize practical, creative, and engaging activities that attract participation from young people and the public.
In the afternoon the same day, Gen. Minh inspected the construction progress of the bureau of the Military Broadcasting Center in the Central Highlands. He praised the advisory and guiding role of the Department of Logistics under the GDP, as well as the responsibility and professionalism of the center and contractors.

Gen. Minh noted that the project not only aims to enhance the dissemination work on the Party’s guidelines, the State’s policies and laws, and military-defense missions in the strategic Central Highlands region, but also demonstrates the attention and support of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the GDP toward the center. He requested that the center and the construction units work with the highest sense of responsibility and efficiency, ensure absolute safety, protect the environment, and promptly address any arising issues.
