Immediately after receiving the mission, all agencies and units under Division 9 swiftly made preparations, focusing on political and ideological education, thoroughly understanding the mission, and clearly defining objectives and requirements of the exercise.

During the exercise, units strictly followed regulations, maintaining formation, spacing, and movement speed. Camouflage and covert measures were rigorously implemented.

At the river-crossing site, reconnaissance, ferry preparation, safety assurance, communications, engineering, and chemical prevention support were conducted in a close and scientific manner. As a result, all personnel, weapons, and equipment successfully crossed the river swiftly, in accordance with the plan, and with absolute safety.

Commanding Officer of Division 9 Senior Colonel Ngo Ngoc An affirmed that the successful completion of the maneuvering and river-crossing demonstrated the unit’s high sense of responsibility, strong determination, and readiness to accomplish all assigned missions under any circumstances.

Later, Division 9 conducted a thorough review to evaluate each stage of the exercise, serving as a foundation for improving the quality and effectiveness of the remaining contents of the exercise.
