Activity fostering love for national sea and islands among local residents

Representatives of the Party Cell of the Workforce Development Division of Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park present gifts to officers and soldiers of Brigade 171.

During the program, delegates toured the unit’s hall-of-fame and heard its officer’s reporter on its key situational developments at sea and on islands. They also watched a documentary on the formation and development of the Viet Nam People’s Navy and visited the living quarters and work activities of officers and soldiers aboard the ships.

Also at the evet, representatives of the Party Cell of the Workforce Development Division of Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park presented two computers to Brigade 171 to support its officers and soldiers in their studies and work.

The program helped strengthen solidarity and close ties between Brigade 171 and officials and Party members of the Party Cell of the Workforce Development Division of Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park. It also provided an opportunity to promote Brigade 171’s history and proud traditions, as well as its achievements in training, maintaining combat readiness, and managing and protecting national sovereignty over sea and island.

The program also contributed to fostering love for the sea and islands and raising officials’ and Party members’ awareness of and responsibility for the cause of national defense.
