The program aimed to continue raising awareness, responsibility, and exemplary spirit among Party committees, Party organizations, officials, and Party members in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings, in combination with the effective fulfillment of military and defense objectives, Party building, and the development of a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modernized military and comprehensive strong, exemplary, and outstanding units, capable of meeting task requirements in the new situation.

During the event, the Party chief and delegates enjoyed artistic performances and watched documentary segments, highlighting outstanding results of Directive 05’s implementation across the entire military.
One of the highlights of the event was the exchange between Senior Colonel Le Van Thanh, Head of the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Department of the Military Central Hospital 108 with patients whose lives he had saved through liver transplants. During the exchange, the patients regarded the dedicated military doctor, known for his “golden hands,” as their true lifesaver.
