“Building on the success of the first edition in 2022, this upcoming exchange is one of the key defense diplomacy events in 2025 for both countries’ defense ministries and militaries. Its success will demonstrate the traditional solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia, directly contributing to strengthening political trust, collaboration, especially between border management and protection forces, local authorities, and border residents, thus building a border of peace, friendship, stability, cooperation, and development,” said General Duc.
