Senior Captain Ngo Thanh Cong, Director of the Naval Academy, attended and chaired the ceremony.
From August 2021 to May 2025, the trainees received dedicated support from the Command of the Naval Service, the Academy's leadership, and close coordination from the Embassy and Military Attaché of Cambodia in Vietnam.
Throughout the program, the trainees studied and trained diligently, making great efforts to overcome difficulties, acquire knowledge, and successfully meet the requirements of the course.
In his speech, Senior Captain Ngo Thanh Cong highly praised the Cambodian officers for their dedication in overcoming challenges to achieve strong academic results. He also commended their contribution to fostering the traditional solidarity between the two countries, their militaries, and their navies.

Senior Captain Cong expressed his hope that the trainees would effectively apply their acquired knowledge in fulfilling future duties, contribute to building a stronger Royal Cambodian Navy, maintain peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region, and further deepen the solidarity and traditional friendship between the two nations.
